Hi friends l live in Hapur and I don’t have an account in the bank but my friend asked me to deposit Rs.5000.00 in his account who lives in meerut so I visited the branch and look for depositing slip but it was not on desk so I asked for one from staff it took about 5 minute to get a deposit slip. I filled the required information and I went to teller first he said there is no connectivity in branch .I should wait .l wanted for 15 minutes then system finally connected, he told me that this is a out of city deposit and it is supposed to be deposit in main branch but when I asked him to give this statement in written he just started saying for today only I am depositing your cash here but in future you should go to main branch. This is not a kind of service which is expected from a nationalise bank.
