Worst experience! Hello guys so today im going to tell about my horrible experience as a customer of punjab national bank.last few months back I made the deposit of rupees 5000 in my saving account as well as applied for new international debit card then the staff told me that you will come next 2 week for the new atm card.so after 2 weeks im reach the branch and told the staff please give me my new atm card.they reply me in very bad language that your atm card will come after 4 to 5 days then after 4days again I reached the branch and asking for my atm card .they reply me that your application is not submitted due to low balance then I told him that I deposit 5000 rupees before 10days ago then I check my account and the balance is 0 and by asking the reason they said you have insufficient balace for 1 year so I says ok then after that they say from now your account will not be debit if your account having sufficient balance then I deposited again 5000 in my account and after 2 days I check my account my balance is again 0.so I immediately call thier customer care they tell due to low balance for 1year your account balance is zero .they never tell how negative balance in my account so I dont make any deposit in my account till now .when I tell this to their staff they reply in very valgur language .worst bank .no knowledge to thier staff .employees were so lazy even dont known how to operate a computer seriously.horrible experience.
