I am very happy to inform you that , iam a pnb account holder. Because the account is very helpful for me. Because there no rule to keep 2000 rupee on account such as on sbi.This bank is one of the leading bank in india. But the interest rate for loan is more on this bank. And the rate of interest is less for deposits.the speed for transaction is good. Loan are sanctioned with little period of time. Also ATM cards are available with in minutes.Almost in all city there ATM’ s are available for pnb. So there is no problem faced for withdrawal of cash. And they will sent message to registered number. It include the amount, time& place from where the cash is withdraw.But iam not satisfied with the behaviour of the bank staffs of this the branch of pnb located near my area. Because they not complete the transactions timely. Due to this we wants to wait a long time. And they print account details on passbook only after 2 pm only.Custmer care is very effective. At all time customer care is active.They provide mobile banking and internet banking facility.But there is no way is possible in my knowlege , to know balance on our account by a missed call to a number.The size of passbook is large.due to this it is very difficult to handle. I think that they will solve this problemSoon.Thank you
