Punjab National Bank is nationalised bank undertaken by Government of India. It has branches in most of the cities of every State, even in remote village areas also. I have also Saving Bank Account Holder of PNB Dimapur Branch located in Dimapur District main town. The number of Account Holder in Punjab National Bank is less as compare to Btate Bank of India. The behaviour of Stuffs of This Bank is not bad, but they are very lazy. They take long time to deal with few customers. They leave cash counter or other counter frequently to take rest, while customers are in line to get service. This is the main problem of this Bank.
