First of all I m using world pnb bank this is one of fake bank and poor service provide our Customer.
Friend I am Using phone banking
One time I am sending to money my friend,
Bt failed to show my transition Id and ct my balance and Otp will be send 10 min ya more time toh wait what is this pnb are U mad. and then I am calling customer help line My phone Is waiting for 25 and 30 min then customer your receive your call .
And your are a talk to customer and you asking problm and always say that 3-4 working your ct blance return to your account bt not my initiate your balance 3-4 working days.then you are calling customer care number then other say maximum 10 days what is this yr .
I m totally irritated this bt I am closed my account.
And friend I m talking to atm service provide pnb
Never will cash in atm machine and all time this machine is not working omg Pujan national bank you are most Fake bank of this world .
Gyuz my suggestion are pls Don’t open account this atm lot problm of this bank.
