I have my account in punjab national bank from my college days. As my college has tie up with PNB so its mandatory for us to have account there. But I am telling its no more worth than it. There is no beneficial schemes for the customer, they only tend to earn more. Even I have good grades and emergency requirement of education loan instead of supporting they are telling to extend it for 1-2 months. Then I have taken it from Dena bank.
Next they have poor quality staff from peon to manager. All are atitudious and have no sense and manner to respond to customers. I have experience it many a time.
Technically, they are backward in their netbanking, mobile banking, e- banking in comparison to HDFC or ICICI. My account is just ideal there for name only. Hope they will get better by time.
