Too slow banking process

I have opened an account in punjab bank and that was zero balance account in manda road allahabad. Firstly the account opening was too late and I received my passbook in three months that too was misprinted. Again I have informed the bank and it took more than fifteen days for correction. After few days they just changed the zero balance scheme and charged 500 rupess as fixed amount which I really dont like as a student.


The bank is too slow with the modern prospective and its working is just time consuming. I had made several ups and down to bank for the phone banking and after that they started this for me.


The availability of ATM is also not sufficient in this mirzapur road to allahabad for which I had faced many problems.


The internet banking is good from this bank but it needs more collabration with new brands and other online partners for more offers.


The customer service is like same as every bank with none you can get from them they just say to contact to your nearest bank for any queries than why the hell they had given customer service if for any query I have to visit my bank.


So my experiance is not good in banking with punjab bank
