I write this review from my personal opinion only.i did not like to change brand image of others.
first of all punjab national bank is a first bank for my saving account but I do only minimum or very rare transaction when compare to other
when I know punjab national bank rewards system I was very eager to participate it. but till now they did not activate my account
at the time of rewards registration they promised to they will meet me again with a username and password of my account within 14 working days.but they had failed to done
now nearly a month was crossed but they did not activate my account
next I like to come about atm facility. when comparing to others pnb may be nationalized bank but their atm service very worst when comparing others.they have only small number of atm services.
for my final opinion punjab national bank must reduce their processing time and must improve their atm service facility
