I approached PNB Bhilai Branch in chattisgarh for a home loan inquiry. There no person has time to explain the procedure / modalities . Typical of a Govt Bank. When every bank even nationalised ones are trying to become customer friendly, PNB does not even bothers for those customers having their salary accounts and all their savings with them for the last 20 years.
Really pathetic. Only advertisement will not do. Real groundwork is necessary.
And that too when I was allocated Home Loan from HDFC, same person from PNB claimed we do it in three days. Who is going to listen big words.
