Dear Punjab National Bank LOCKER Account Holders. Be Aware, that this bank MAY AT ANY TIME WILL BREAK OPEN YOUR LOCKER AND SEIZE YOUR ITEMS UNDER FICTITIOUS RULES.
PNB BARC Mumbai Branch had abruptly broken open my locker FOR NO fault of mine and with a fictitious reason of Not operating my locker for more than 3 years and not paying the rentals for more than 3 years.
The fact is that the amount was paid but they have not updated their records nor updated the address. In spite of having the correct mobile and land line telephone numbers, they never made any attempt to call. No proper legal proceedings were followed.
Their Sr.manager, chief manager and their legal advocate made a small noting on a piece of paper and signed without any designation nor any official seal.
The locker was broken open on 18th Oct.2014 and informed us on 26th nov.’2014.They said that they got the address from one of the papers in that locker. If that was the case then why did they took more than one month to inform us.
This shows their unorganized way of operation.
