I called PNB helpline number 180018022 seeking help regarding my account. Line gets connected to the executive and the first word here is bh and a conversation in Hindi with abusive language. After 3 minutes the executive picks the call and answers.
Worst thing is after I shared that I have been waiting for 3 minutes he says what is the problem when I say that I need to understand my statement of account he says I will put you to IVR and you speak to net banking people and he puts me on to same process again.
Very disgusting way of receiving the call
There is not even one percent of politeness or care about customers
Very latargic and worst .. I wish there was more words to use..
Extremely disappointed and feel like if I could have recorded this call wanted to sue this helpline center .
NEVER EVER WILL THINK OF PNB .. I am closing my account today itself..
Worst worst experience with PNB.
Wish that the authorities will see this respose.
