My mother has an account in PNB but as this a government bank, they offer worst services as expected. They do not have facilities, they do not have efficient employees. I went to the bank to deposit money, I was searching for the form but that was not there. I asked to a employees and he was like 'please search for it, U don't know'. Counter for money deposit and withdraw cash is only one and it makes completely mess at that area, no line no rules. I closed the account and now I am happy with a private sector bank which is way better than government banks.
