I would say that, I am not interested with the way PNB works. They are not taking any initiative to help the customers at bank premises. Their staff are not willing to help the customer . They make the customer to wait in Que for a long time for each and everything. Further, They don’t have good network of ATMS and the online banking is not available at all.
