I have taken Education loan 4.50 Lacks in 2004 for my B.Tech cource in ECE branch.I completed my degree in December 2008 and after that market of jobs in my field was in resection so I did not got good job at temporarily.i am teaching in private collage engineering colleges from 2009 to till date today.I am not getting a good amount to pay monthly EMI to bank but when we have money, we always submitted in A/c and I payed almost 5 Lacks rupees in my loan A/c, in between this period a rule has announced by Goverment that the intrest on loan A/C before taken 2009, interest will not applicable and student can pay loan without interest so I inform to bank but bank did not show response about this matter and not settle my loan A/C according to ruling.
Today 8th December 2017, I receive a call at my mobile and that person completely given me threat that deposit total amount in loan A/C otherwise he will issue RC at my name.Bank staff come to my home and given threats to my parents also.We all family mentally disturbed.Bank staffs is attempting total Mentally harassment on to me and my family.
