Punjab national bank is used by me from the year 2012. I have account in punjab national bank in branch of medical road of aligarh. Punjab national bank is one of the most popular bank of india and it is also spreaded all over the world but in very few countries.
I faced too many problem after becoming the costumer of this bank. The ATM service is very bad the ATM machine of this bank never have any cash and most of the time the machine out of server reach. I used to collect my cash with other bank ATM. For using other bank all the tgey deduct 50 INR from my account. In this way I lost my too many balance just for free.
So its time comes to bye the punjab national bank. What I tell about the net banking service of this bank the website is very boring and very difficult to open it in basically night time. Net banking is very little good than the its ATM services.
Once I filled a form for making demand draft but unfortunately I lost my slip and in the evening time they tell that they can’t do any thing. Their behaviour is also very rude and not acceptable. In this way a little fight is occured. So please don’t go for punjab national bank.
