ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR.

Phone banking is system is to much slow in punjab national bank. Its processes takes to much time . It needs app to install in your smartphone it security system is not so strong. Its ATM AVAILABILITY IS NOT SUFFICIENT IN MY AREA . IT IS ALWAYS NOT IN ORDER. IT IS ALWAYS CLOSED BALANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THAT ATM . MANY TIMES I WAS very sad due this service of punjab national bank. Internet banking is not good because it takes high charges. It very difficult to arrange an money from to do this work. Its customers SERVICE is not so good it needs to much time to give answer . It is very difficult to wait to get reply .
