Had opened a savings account with PNB and had to give reasons for get a cheque book issued to me.As an account holder I have the right to demand for a cheque book, which they gave me after lot of argument.The branch in which I had my account used to have huge rush all the time, they installed a cash deposit machine in ATM and hence never accepted cash deposit at their counters.
People not able to use the machine used to have tough time, same with the pass book printing machine, long queues to update passbook through the machine, they dont bother to appoint an attend an attend to help the customers.
Overall satisfactory service, they need to take care about the customers convenience.
