In technical study point of view it is not a top university in india for b.tech because there are so many toppest colleges or university are present in india which are as follows
1) all IITS
2) all nits
3) some deemed university -BITS PILLANI -bit -smu -vit -thapr
4) some state level colleges and universities PUNJABI university is comes under state level
if you don’t get any national level colleges or university then if possible to take addmision any state level colleges or university then I would like to suggest you to take addmission in punjabi university it is one standard university in teaching point of view
