Hiii good morning friends. recently one month ago I visited purandar fort, but actually it was not my first visited to that fort.so many atleast 10 times I went there and learn and everytime different things and understands morals of life and greatness of outr chatrpati Shivaji maharaj.
so lets come to the points that is needed for some people to visit this great place.
Question 1->Where is loacted Purandar fort?
Answer-> Purandar fort is located in pune district in western indian state of maharashtra, india.
the fort stands at above the 4500ft approaximately.
Question 2-> ways to travel?
Answer-> there are so many ways to travel on this fort.
if you do not have your private vehicle or car then there are so many pune corporation buses to fort directly. so do not panic for this one.
if you have your bike then it is very exciting journey for you because on bike there are one "ghaat" named as "Dive Ghaat" is so beautiful for clicking pictures and refreshing your mind and thoughts . it takes only one hour to reach fort.
while travelling to fort there is one "Nagarparishad" named as "Saswad Nagarparishad" is very clean and attractive place for citizens.
If you have your car then also it will take one hour to reach destination.
Question 3-> near by places to visit?
Answer-> if you have more time then it is great for you to visit another historical places like "JEJURI", " PRATI BALAJI".
from fort to jejuri is only 15 kilometers away as well as from fort to prati balaji temple is 10 kilometers away.
both places looks good and refresh your thoughts and gain you energy for doing some creative things.
Question 4-> what documents required on place?
Answer-> Purandar fort is actually reserved for military camp and training for soldiers so bydefault military soldiers are there for security .
first on gate they will ask you for your identity card .if you have one original document out of this -adhaar card or voting card or pan card then only they allow you to enter on fort otherwise they not allow to enter this place.so please friends do not forget to take your original identity card .
Question 5-> what is the timing for visit the fort?
Answer-> yes, every place has their visiting time so Purandar fort also has time.
All days fort is open for 9:00 A.M to 6;00P.M.
So preferred for this one. but obviously you will take only 3-4 hours for visit this beautiful place.
Question 6-> please tell me little bit about your visit?
Answer-> OK.Great.
Me and my friends total 4 people we planned to visit Purandar Fort. we have 2 bikes on each bike 2 people that was our plan start. we lived in hadpsar in pune district itself so it is easy for us to travel fort.
around 9:00 A.M. we start our bike at hadpsar and so much excited about trip.There are 2 ways to reach the destination.
fisrt one via bhekrai nagar and second one via dive ghaat.we went via dive ghaat beacuse of nature.so beautiful thing that I watched in decade.
after half an hour we reached dive ghaat and decided to stop there and click some beautiful pictures and drinking fresh juice of mango.
Once again we start our journey and reached saswad then around 10:30 A.M. we reached to fort .what a place and thanks for our military department for maintaining this place so beautifully.
after verifying our identity card they allow us to enter in.
there is one statue of murarbaji deshpande who conquer this fort first time for shivaji maharaj and the there is another one statue of Chatrapati Sambhaji maharaj who is born on this fort and then Rest Is History. and after around 4:00P.M. we back to our home.
