I purchased an Epluto 7g from Evosta Mobility Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2021. When the time for its service came, I went to this agency then couldn’t find it again at that same place then I searched a lot and found an agency 30 km away from my address, its name is Ebox Private Limited. I had to purchase a new charger within these two years, for which I had to pay Rs 5000, Now its battery having a problem since last month. I am tired of telling this agency that My battery is in warranty period. Please give me its free replacement or any service whichever is required or provide me some solution but no one is ready to listen to me, I can’t worry about this anymore. I would not recommend anyone to purchase the Pure EV scooter or any product manufactured by it.
