On 19-Sep-2025, I bought jewellery worth AED 47, 686.50 from Pure Gold at Terminal 4. The invoice clearly states a 15-day full refund policy, but when I returned immediately to request a refund, the staff member Janaki insisted there was no refund policy and forced me into an exchange instead.
I was under severe time pressure to catch my flight and felt exploited. Prices here are also much higher than UAE market rates.
