Thanks for this Good Service and Support

I want to share my opinion about Pure it I am using Pureit Autofill device from one year.Day before yesterday the battery kit was finished and there is some leakage was happened. Yesterday , I called to Mr, A.Ghosh who was vested my house last times regarding some issue. I request him to to come and change the kit.


I know today is EID may be his off day but I have some urgency because my mother has acidity problem. She doesn’t use other water and I have no other source for drinking water. So, I request him to come and provide me the service. He assured me he will come. A person reach my house in a Holiday without any hesitation, I am really thankful to him.


Around 5.30 p.m he reached along with a service person and change the Kit. I am very happy for his social responsibility and he also told me he is transferred from Howrah to Kolkata but he came and provide me such


kind of service since he is not in Howrah Area, he has travelled for a Customer service apx 70 km for my Customer Satisfaction only.


Thanks once again to Mr. Aniruddha Ghosh and HUL Service.


I think he deserve a appreciation.
