I am giving 2 stars because it filtered water quite decent but otherwise it was complete waste of money.Most of reason is it’s high maintaining cost.1.It runs on a germ kit which need to be replaced very frequently.Like 4-5 germkit in a year( Costs ~ Rs.500 each) .2.When the germ kit is finished the water leaks outside making the floor wet.3.It has too many parts.At time of cleaning it becames a headache to detach and assemble them.Customer Service also not very helpful as this is a product without any critical mechanism , so they try to avoid farfetched conversation on this product.Although I am still using it as water quality is good.
