I had ordered a Germ Kill Kit for myPure it Classic on the 19th Dec 2011.(RFS/1186314)
on 20th Dec 2011 I got a call from a guy(+919702207606) saying I have to pay him Rs.680(no details given) on top of it he asked whether I would be interested in buying theMicro Fiber Mesh for which I showed interest. He quoted Rs.150 for the same. I requested if he can deliver it post 5:30pm for which he bluntly replied "we work only till 5pm" . hearing him I called the customer care and checked with them the timings of delivery where I was told that the delivery can be made till 8pm. On this I got further suspicious about the person, I cross checked with the customer care the charges of the kit+ filter. to my surprise the actual charges were :
Kit-550+ 30 delivery charge= 580(680 as per the guy on phone)Filter=100+30= 130(150 as per the guy) here I want to make a point if I have not ordered the Filter and hv taken on the product since it was offered I would be charged only Rs.100Here I feel as a customer I am being fleeced by the dealer for their wested interest. I would request to get the Kit with the charges as per the companies MRP and not other way around.
Later.the product that was delivered to me was in such a condition which shocked me completely. The Germ Kill processor was neatly packed and sealed but the other 2 products namely thePolisher and theActivated Carbon Trap were packed in a way which suggested a local shop has packed a grocery product. I have uploaded the picture for the same. Just cant believe how HUL being such quality conscious can allow their product being packed in such a haphazard way. I am very upset with the product. I was told by one of the west regional in-charge that he is gonna visit me today. I am at home waiting for him since he insisted he wanted to see the kit himself for which I obliged . I am still waiting. its 5:30pm.
Its my familys health that is a concern to me. this kind of service and product quality raises my concern.
