Hide and seek service in Trivandrum

I had informed the pureit service guy a fortnight back that the water is not filtering down. The service chap keeps telling me that he can’t come before 10am or  after 5pm!! Both myself and  my wife are Engineers and he seems to expect us to take leave and wait for his footfall.


Today after several such calls the service chap rings again and asks will anybody be at home during office hours and I said , YES. Guess What, he coolly says he can’t help because the part is out of stock!!!  A real rude chap. Either they r understaffed in Trivandrum or they are  not paying well these guys or it is high time  they put a better performance appraisal to improve the local service wing.
