I bought Pureit Classic Water Purifier in May 2016. It has never felt as safe as boiled water since I started to using it. Company says that Pureit Classic Water Purifier removes excess Total Dissolved Solids to make water tastier. But when I drank the water in the purifier I didn’t feel any taste and only felt like I was drinking normal water. In 2019, Purifier became damaged and I called customer sevice. The first phone call to customer service was not attended. Then I called again they took my call. I registered my complaint about the product. No one came from Customer Service for checking the product. So I am dissatisfied with this product and it’s sevice team. When buying a Water Purifier, make sure that, is it a good company and that provides a good service. It is my humble suggestion.
