I wanted to share my experience on after sale-service of a water purifier. I have shifted from my home town to Mumbai and most important factor had faced a problem of stomach erosion bcoz I can’t drink packaged drinking water .
After setting all the accommodations I’ve purchased Classic 14 lit Pureit Purifier from HUL. I heard a lot of good experiences from my surroundings and decided to purchase the same for safer side. As decided I’ve purchased it & bring it home. But I’ve found some difficulties in understanding its mechanism of action and installation, but didn’t get any clue how to fix it. In the mean time I got a clue from my family that one of my relative who stays at Kolkata having number of a Service manager of pure it and he provided excellent service with quick response when they have faced the similar kind of problem. I immediately made a call to my relative and asked his number but I’m having doubts as I’m residing at Mumbai and the concern Manager is from Kolkata. His name is Mr. Sudip Das. I spoke to him and surprisingly he assured me that it will be get solved and he will assist from his end to resolve my installation problem and quarries too. After a day of communication I got a call from my local Pureit service provider and they have solved all the queries and installation process. Such a quick response is definitely clap deserving matter and personally I thanked Mr. Das for resolving my problem and definitely the kind of service I’ve received from Pureit, I am really amazed by seeing his job responsibility.
