I had purchased the Marvel RO from retail outlet and had paid RS, 7, 800 for it I had purchased it from Bangalore, in the retail outlet they focused more on sales then on product specification. I just went ahead with the purchase as I wanted to gift my uncle the same. I was very excited about the product when I came to Hubli, I called up the customer care and registered the complaint C145904054. I Was given the local service provider number( 0836-4262601) sri Sai sales and service. I called the number around 10.30am after my call in few mins I got the first call on inquiring about my residence and landmark and the executive told me that he will be within 30mins, and yes he was like speedy like piazza delivery guy. The team had nice etiquette and nice manners. I was shocked to know so many facts about my device and the purification process which takes place before we drink water. I was really moved when the explanation was given to all my family members and the importance of it. The marvel RO is a wonderful product and most importantly the service what I got from Hubli team, the explanation and the importance of the process is imperative for the customer to know why we buy.
