I all I want to share my feedback of this Marvel pure it RO+ UV purifier with you all after using 100 liters of water .
Marvel pure it RO+ UV Product working status:-

After new installation of this product I used hardly 100 liters of water with this purifier within 4 months only.
As I was outstation for some times so not used too much water with this purifier.
when I return back home on this product for water filtering then GKK1 Red alarm start blinking but water was still filtering
after one week this GKK1 alarm status was changed to continues Red and stop it water filtering.
Customer care service:-

I called with my registered mobile no to pure-it customer care no 1860-210-1000
they registered my complain and sent me a message technician will reach to your address and will resolve it.
I asked customer care executive why this product having red alarm as I not used too much of water hardly 100 liters only
They told technician will visit to your place and they will tell you exactly what happens . and also you need too order GKK1 for replacement.
2>Service provided by vendor company.
- After one day technician visited my place for repairing and he told me you need too replace GKK1 as its faulty. and you have too pay Rs 2500 will I do replace it? I told don’t want to pay 2500 as not consumed too much of water and how this device went faulty soon please tell me reason of this faults he given only 2 reason of faults. 1 reason given water Quality. 2 reason given you used this product more than 6 months.
After that I asked too check water quality and it was found normal,
2nd reason was also not valid as I not used this device for water filtering more than 100 liters only.
Then I asked it also be a reason alarm timer was not set proper that why showing GKK1 red alarm .
will you reset alarm? he denied to do reset .
How to do Reset:

I google it how to reset alarm of this Pureit RO+ UV and found it.
I did reset of GKK1 alarm my self now this device red GKK1 alarm is green and start filtering water .
when you open the box you will find Black color Controller card there is small rest button jut press it with help of finger to do reset the timer and avoid to pay 2500 to technician .
My Feed back to Marvel RO+ UV:

1> This device not having water quality alarm to replace any faulty filter .
2> Its having only replace filter alarm even water quality is good.
3>If water quality is good why I have to by the new GKK1, .
4>Alarm timers are not functioning as per water quality.
5> Timers are set only number of days used that is major draw back even if not filtered too much of water .
6>If you not having any technical knowledge technician will charge money RS 2500 for replacing the filter within month if device having any red alarm even water filtering quality is good.
7>In my Pune locality vendor is asking 2500 for GKK1 filter replacement this is highly costly.
8>I suggest its better to use cane water that will be cheaper compare to Marvell RO+ UV.
