Not working, No response for 6 Months

Marvella UV+ Cold. Bought on 25 Apr 2016. Cold feature stopped working in a few days. Logged complaint on 11 May. Complaint No: C167552435. Followed up 10-15 times so far. Entire summer has passed but no one attended the complaint.


We logged a repeat complaint recently. On enquiry about the earlier complaint - call center told us that it was for’leakage’ and was already visited and resolved. We never lodged any leakage complaint and no one from the company has visited us ever. This is total fraud on part of the company.


Useless item. Harassment with dishonest and fradulent conduct. We are planning to move consumer court shortly for refund and harassment. Just thought others shd know about the product and the company so that they don’t get cheated like this.
