Last week we bought this product from Amazon great india deal/offer of 15% cash back.
Product is nice but the service is not good. For installation of purefier they took 3 days. When their guys came for installation, they asked for Rs 250/- extra for installation. When we denied, they asked us to brought one cap to fit on the water tap. they had that cap with them but charged us Rs 250/- extra.
This is not fair as the hindustan unilever in a big brand and this type of cheap business is giving negative impact on the product. The purifier tap is not user friendly. Its little complex to use it. where to open and where to close. We got the discount that’s why we brought it otherwise its not the worth
