Marvella UV Not GOOD

Note I had purchased Marvella UV water Purifier in Year 2015 after completing 1 Year problem starts Purification ON/OFF RED light blinks continously complaint many times service engineer comes & charge 250/- every time but same problem continue. now he is guessing that internal circuit problem & bill will come around 2500/-


First of all Service engineer is not capable to solve problem simply charging money.
