I stay at Navi Mumbai, purchased U.V Mervella just 4 months back and facing issues off an on with the product, while lodged complaint with the company, their representative Mr.Pravin visave visited my home on next day, checked all the parts, replaced whatever required .
Comiitments also made by Mr.Pravin for non occurence of similar issues in future.
I sincerely appreciate the pureit service team members for their promtptness in handling the customer complaints .
