We bought the product 2 yrs ago. The product is good, maintenance super bad. The CSF needs to be replaced annually costing 1100/-. This week the machine stopped working completely, the technician informed me on the phone that the electrical board needs to be replaced costing 2500/- (300/- visit charges) and that he will come the next day. A days later he says the model is old, we should buy a new machine, we inform him it’s only 2 yrs old, then he says parts are not available. Highly dissatisfied and angry.
