Pure-it Marvella is a good product and gives me and my family continuous safe water 24x7. However the problem with Marvella is the service. Typically service person takes longer than 2 days to visit. If you had ordered a germ kill kit, the service person will replace it with a new kit but will not do a small extra work like cleaning the device etc.


Recently, my Marvella started leaking (near the jug). I called up Pure-it helpline, they said a person will visit and will charge Rs. 50/- for that. A person did arrive. He didn’t rectify the problem, charged Rs.150/- and said he will come back in two days. The problem is yet to be resolved after two weeks. I have given a complaint to Pure-it again. Hopefully this time it will get rectified.


On the whole the product is good (so far had no issues except the leak in past two years) but service is poor. Unless quality of service is improved, HUL may find it difficult to sell such products to consumers.
