One more Lousy after sales service

The After Sales service is poor. My system is 4 Months old and it has started leaking. It has been 8 days and im still awaiting for any technician to come and visit.


EDIT: I would suggest AVOID buying PureitIt has been 10 days now since I have to buy bottled water. Considering its only 4 MONTHS since I bought this purifier, this looks like a poorly build device.


Calling up PureIt toll free number takes you to some help desk who promises to send someone over to look at your device. But nothing happens...You end up calling everyday without any technician bothering to come down. I even spoke to a senior floor manager who gave similar empty promises.


Frustrated .. Maybe will purchase Kent Water Purifier.... Poor After sales service by PureIT.


EDIT: Its now 10th Day. Got a visit from a technician yesterday (9th Day after I logged a complaint with PureIT). The technician promised to come back today ... and so far no body has bothered to call or come.


It has been 10 DAYS since I am purchasing bottled water. Complained to Croma but they have washed their hands off and asking me to call Pureit directly.
