Pureit Marvella Water Purifier

Never ever consider buying

It has been less than 2 months since I installed pureit Marvella and I already registered 3 complaints with them. The issue which triggered the complaints can be resolved very easily but the responsiveness of customer service is extremely poor. They promised to visit and attend the complaint but not even once they came on time.


since last 4 days, marvella product is not working and in spite of repeated call to customer service and writing emails and feedback on their website, no one visited as yet.


I have even written to Mr. Vikram Surendran, General Manager, India-Operations but surprisingly no response and action.


I wonder how are the running a professional organization under Hindustan Unilever without being sensitive to customer needs.


I am completely frustrated with their attitude and lack of willingness to support their customer.
