Purchased Puerit Marvella UV 6 days back and still I am waiting for someone from the company to come to install the product. When I bought the product they promised (Purchased from Girias store) me that it will be installed within 48 Hrs.
After struggling with the call center people, they came to my house on the fourth day at 09.30 PM (Believe me I had called the pureit people not less than 60 times to get the person to come ). After installing it The product made lots of noise and there was a leakage on that. Great! I got a defective piece. After talking to Girias People, they had finally replaced the product and informed me that it will get installed in the next day.
Again my battle had started on the next day to call the service person. After trying 100th time, I got the answer that they can’t come and asked me to wait. I am still waiting for them to come to install the product.... Hope they will install it. Swear of God, I will never buy Indian manufactured product anymore.
The product may look god or work fine, but the service is Worst. Never ever purchase product from pureit. The service is WORST.
