DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
Unnecessarily costly with a huge fraud involved. I bought it on 01/02/2016 and it comes with a warranty of 1 year. Exactly 1 day after my warranty was lapsed, i.e. on 02/02/2017, "change GKK"(germ kill kit) alarm appeared on the purifier display and flow of water suddenly stopped. I called customer care and logged a complaint. Without wastin time, the illiterate executive ordered a GKK worth 3000. Next day when the technician arrived, he opened the box and very firstly he pressed a button and the alarm was reset. He kept on insisting me to buy the product, but now the flow was again established without changing GKK. Taste of water was just normal. When I shouted at the service guy, he finally agreed that this is a companys strategy to sell their spare parts. They set time of different time, e.g. 6 months, 12 months and then deliver. Even if your filter is in good condition, it will ask you to change it. HUL is a cheater. Its not even an Indian company. It is owned by an anglo dutch company UNeLEVER. So beware of such thieves. I am facing because of it. Please do not buy this product if you dont want to get cheated.
