I have been using this at my home since 2 years now. And it has proved to be the worst choice ever. I had to wait for 2 weeks before the purifier got installed. The after sales service is very pathetic. In two years I have spent about 7 thousand rupees on the product. Every month, I have to call the service center to get some part or the other fixed. the quality is that poor. And the service is very slow. Also the spare parts are too expensive! I’ll never recommend this product.
