I am using this water purifier from almost a year, it didn’t give me any troubles so far but the service team is not good, the filters are required to be changed too often they tamper with counter openly.
GKK1 and GKK2 cost 1500 and 4200 respectively and won’t even last for 3 months. On an average it is costing me 250 to 300 on spares and add to that electricity consumption and water wastage.
There are better product in the market, after sales service team bugs you to call them personally are they will do some headache if you call them through call centre. Looks like they are running on loot the customer in after sales.
