I bought pureit Ultima water purifier for 23k nearly and extra warrany for 2 years from Reliance. I think it was worst decision.
It is under warranty period but I have to pay for replacement of some internal filter GKK1. I asked their customer care for what this warranty stand for. They said only electrical parts. That’s really pathetic.
Earlier I was using Kent water purifier, I used it for 3 years. Initial one year they replaced all the filter and pump. But after one year it was difficult to maintain that. Every now and then their filter and pump was getting damage.
But still that was far better in purification. As in Bangalore hard water is there so it kent filter pump was damaged soon. I made a mistake buying pureit purifier. Don’t go for pureit, it’s waste of money
Water taste is also not good as compared to Kent.
