Two years back we bought pureit ultima, in two years filter and and parts chage cost has gone upto more than 10, 000 Rs. And now the filter is not at all working and your engineer says it needs repair of 9000Rs. You guys dont even respond politely for the complain raised.
Worst experience with pureit, we will never come back once we switch to aquaguard. I will share this feedback with other friends and relatives too.
