I have bought " Pureit W/Purifier Ultima Mineral RO+UV " with item code 201875 from Chroma store, South extension and its still in warranty period . I am facing issue with the product since one month but its still not get resolved.
I have raised a request last month as my Puriet ROs sensor button was not functioning properly, one of your technician came to check it and told us that its absolutely fine, this will work in the same way, dont bother, its of the feature of this Ultima RO there is nothing to worry. And after almost 1 month the entire sensor button got broken, now after raising a complaint request the service technician and customer support team is saying that we will take it as physical damage and you have to pay around Rs 1700 to get it done. Do you think this is fair in any way, How could you hire such service technician who doesnt know about their product, product features and give wrong and rubbish suggestions to customer. Had a very bitter and bad experience, even after spending Rs 22000 and the product is in warranty period, I am not getting a satisfactory service then I must say its a worst brand and will never recommend anyone in future.
I request you to please have a look on this matter and verify it properly and provide me a fair response.
