I brought PUREIT ULTIMA RO+UV device from snapdeal. But I received a faulty device. After installation device not yet started working the technician found that there two major parts are not working.
The device(unnamed) which is laying down in POST RO filter is malfunctioning the technician had new device and replace the one with new. After changing the above said device then he found RO MOTOR PUMP is not yet started. Instead of changing both device in Machine I requested technician to REPLACE MY MACHINE WITH NEW ONE. I logged a complaint with PUREIT. I logged a complaint to snapdeal but snapdeal refused to REPLACE MACHINE or REFUND MONEY BACK.
I request request each and everyone DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM SNAPDEAL.
On next day I got a call from Mr.Umar(Wings Agencies, Ullagaram - Nanganallur, Chennai) asking what was the issue and I explained each and every thing from top to bottom. He send technician to check and HE AGREED AND REPLACED MY MACHINE WITH NEW ONE. Machine was working good.
I got a wonderful service support from WINGS AGENCIES. Thankful job did by Mr.Umar.
