After hearing from my friends about the after sales services of the product I abandaned my ideas to purchase it. My son is living in Bangalore and after reading the reviews of the product by so many customers uploaded in NET I asked my son to forgive to purchase it.
It is better to purchase purified water from outside which will cost around Rs.35/- to Rs.40/- per 20 litres pack but not to purchase a product which have no after sales services.
Rather keep the money in a Fixed Deposit which earn around Rs, .135/- a year and if your pocket permit you please make a budget how much you have to expend in a month and please keep the money in a fixed deposit which earns same interest for purchase of water.
As the flat owner of my son did not agree to install a regular running water system in their flat it is compulsory for my son to purchase water from outside and he needs a water purifier like pure it. But if he did not get after sales services/support from the company he should have to arrange other wise. This was my advise to my son and also to other consumers.
