For selling the product, these guys are fast. Once sold, they say 24 hrs timing for service which I dont understand. Drinking water being the basic requirement of any human being should be given immediately or at least within some 4 or 5 hrs. But, on complaint these guys come only after 1 to 3 days with lot of calls.
Their servicing is poor.
Other thing is that recently the product itself has become a problematic one. My house owner recently started cleaning the machine every month due to problem; then every week; now they are doing on alternative days with no response from the company.
When the technician is on leave, company waits till he comes back; they dont have other people who can do the same kind of service. they dont have enough man power support and purely depended upon few individuals....
Pure it - first of all you pure yourself to pure the water.....
Pure it - not a dependable friend for a long run....
