I am very sorry to say that this Pureit product from HLL is not that worth purchasing. The reasons are as follows:
a) the cost of the battery comes approx 400 which works only for 1500 ltrs. So that means the cost of per liter of water is Rs 4/-. which is comparatively high than any filtered bottled can.
b) the sales rep never tells you the running cost of this filter initially.
c) the customer care never respond on time when requested for any help or replacement of the battery.
d) we need to wait fora week or more for any help
e) the product is made of complete plastic material, so very delicate.
So please think twice before you purchase this product.
