I have been using Pureit for the past one year and found it to be most valuable. The design is simple and product is durable. Battery life is quite good and lasts atleast one year for a family of 2. There has been no problem with service or with the product till now.
I have referred the same product to many of my friends and none have complained so far. But let me make it clear that this product should be used only for good quality water available from municipality.(I have been using it for the cauvery water available in bangalore). Earlier I was a regular customer of canned mineral water from a local agency. I used to always depend on this agency for the water. Now there is no dependency for water. I can get pure and safe drinking water for my family. For borewell water, it would be better to get it tested and then let some expert decide the type of filter product needed.
Another advantage would be that this product needs no electricity. It is very easy to fill water. Though I would recommend to keep this product outside the kitchen to avoid any humidity. Regular cleaning of the product as recommended by the manual, would help you to keep your product in good working condition for a long time.
I hope this would help someone who is planning to buy this product. My product has been working well and now I would be replacing the battery for the first time. I have placed an order with the customer care and the battery kit should be shipped within a week’s time.
