Customer care is pathetic and I m sure every one has to call customer care with in the month , they just harass u by giving time and then not coming to check the device.
You will keep on calling customer care. They will give u 1000 excuse to not reach to ur home .
Product is also very low quality instead of this spend 3000 more and buy some good product whihc will give service long life for Pure it u have to change germ killer kit every month and u ahev to follow up with cusotmer care 1000 times
